After a long podcast hiatus, we are back with an absolute stallion of a guest.  Steve Wright joins our show to talk about his journey with the philosophy of minimalism.  This dude will bring the juice to your ears in sharing his unique lifestyle and habits surrounding meditation, fasting, training, and all things health.  Join Harvey Martin and special guest host Jake Butt in the pleasure of hearing Steve articulate his mastery of health and performance.  This episode is a must-listen if you're looking to hear a former world-class athlete who has truly broken away from the traditional mold and found freedom in having little.

ABOUT THE GUEST

Steve Wright is a former NFL player who spent 13 years as an offensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts, Oakland Invaders, and Los Angeles Raiders.  Beyond that, you may recognize him from season 22 of the hit TV series, Survivor.

Although born in St. Louis, MO, Steve is originally from Plymouth, MN - spending his high school days at Wayzata High School.  He then went on to play football at the University of Northern Iowa. Wright broke into the NFL as undrafted free agent in 1981 with the Dallas Cowboys.

At 62 years of age, Steve is ripe with enthusiasm for life and lives a minimalist lifestyle with his wife, Liz.  These days his mission is advocating for his company, Globall Giving, which provides healthy lifestyle options to underprivileged children through donations of new and used sports equipment.
