We could not have asked for a greater guest for episode 100. Lord is a close friend of ours and someone who has had a tremendous impact on The MindStrong Project. His impressive professional football career spans from the NFL (Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams, New York Jets) to the Canadian Football League where he currently is playing. But it's off the field where he may be even more impressive.
